These Terms of Use (TOS) cover the subject of legislative structure for the terms of availability of the website and services offered by Linje and define the conditions of accessibility and use for the services rendered to the “User”.

These TOS are accessible through the website under the “TOS” section.

Any subscription to or use of the website constitutes a full agreement without reservations or restrictions of these TOS from the User. When signing up to the website via the subscription form, every User expressly agrees to these TOS by checking the box preceding the following text: “I have read, understood and accept these Terms of Use.”

In the event of a refusal of the TOS stipulated in this contract, the User must forfeit access to the services offered by the website.

Article 1: Legal disclaimer

ARTICLE 2: Website Access

The website offers the following services: commercial sale of dish towels, bed spreads, textiles, bed sheets, household linen, table dish towels, bath dish towels, dish toweling, dishes, table art.

The website is accessible at all times and anywhere for free to any User with Internet access. Users are responsible for any fees associated with the use of the website (electronic equipment, software, Internet connexion, etc.).

Non-member Users do not have access to the services. To access these, they must sign up using the intended Form. By agreeing to sign up to the services, the Member User commits to sharing truthful and accurate information regarding their social status and contact information such as their email.

To access the services, the User must then provide identification using the username and password that will be shared with them once they sign up.

Any Member User who signs up regularly can also unsubscribe by visiting the designated section in their profile. This should take effect within a reasonable period of time.

https://www.lin.je cannot be held responsible in an event of force majeure causing disturbances in the proper function of the website or server or in cases of interruptions or changes due to maintenance. In such cases, the User agrees to not hold the editor accountable for any interruptions of service even if they occur without prior notice.

ARTICLE 3: Data Collection

The website ensures respectful collecting and treatment of personal data as required by the law n° 78-17 from January 6, 1978 on technology, files and freedom. In accordance with the law of technology and freedom, from January 6, 1978, the User has a right of access, rectification, suppression and opposition of their personal data. The user can exercise this right through their profile.

Brands, logos, symbols and any other content on the website (text, images, sounds) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and more specifically by copyright.

The Linje brand is a registered trademark. Any representation and/or reproduction and/or partial or full exploitation of this brand, in any way, is completely prohibited.

The User must request authorization in order to use, publish or reproduce any of the content from the website. The User agrees to use the website’s contents strictly for private use, any commercial and advertising use is strictly prohibited.

Any partial or complete representation of this website by any means without express authorization from the website operator constitutes piracy as sanctioned in the article L 335-2 and onward of the Intellectual Property Code.

As per article L122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code, the User who reproduces, copies or publishes the protected content must cite the author and source of said content.
